Note that these Averages for 2001 include evening matches, as agreed at the time, so the official 2001 winners in each category are as shown here. (Not that they are likely to receive anything other than kudos!) If you want to see what the 2001 results would have been without the evening matches, click here.

It was decided for 2002 that evening matches should be excluded, and the combined averages for the two years therefore also exclude them.
